When family and friends visits Malaysia hubby and I made sure that we will bring them to Putrajaya. We have been fascinated with the place, not only for the architectural characters but for the unruffled environment that they offer. I feel like I am outside Malaysia whenever I visit Putrajaya.
How to get there
By Taxi. From Kuala Lumpur, it will only take 30-45 minutes drive to Putrajaya. At KL Sentral there fixed fare at 35 RM for oneway journey. However there taxi who offer 150RM from kuala lumpur-putrajaya-kuala lumpur including a tour in putrajaya. From KLIA airport taxi fare is at 60RM.
By Train.From KL Sentral, take the KLIA Transit to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya station. A return tickets cost at around 18RM. It will take 20 minutes to get to putrajaya. At putrajaya station, you can take a cab that will take you around putrajaya. Budget taxi cost 75RM for 1 hour tour.
Buy Bus.Buses are stationed near kuala lumpur sentral market. Fare is only 3.50RM for oneway journey. It will take almost an hour to get to putrajaya.
So far, there are only three hotels available in putrajaya. Actually high-end hotels namely Shangrila Hotel Putrajaya, Mariot Putrajaya and Palm Garden Hotel.
